Circumstances:	I feed stray cats, never seen this one before, fed leftover from my own two cats, friendly meowing not seen since, skin and bones, maybe if anything anymore ring round the shelter or vets last seen in lydd, rang rspca concern about this cat,maybe someone picked up, and taken to vets, then rspca
