Circumstances:	This young male cat has been crying outside my flat all day. He's very frightened and dusty. I've bought him in and given him some fresh chicken and water to calm him down a bit. If anyone recognises him please get in touch. If I don't find his owner tonight I will take him to the vets hospital on the High Street in Lowestoft in the morning

Flagship housing association refused my request 3 times to keep him so I was forced to hand him to cats protection who have now found him a forever home
