Markings:	4 white paws and white flash on nose and underbelly
Circumstances:	He or she has been going through my bins in outside porch so have been putting some food out there at night and it's gone in morning. I first seen the cat last November but then it seemed to disappear. It is very skinny, hungry and wet so have put it in my spare bedroom with some food and water until I can take it to the vets to check for a microchip. This has definitely been someone's pet. I fear that someone might have moved and just left it to fend for itself

Had a microchip. He was 17 and had a health condition which was why he was so skinny and hungry
