Circumstances:	He went out and didn't come back. He is new to the neighborhood but used to going around day and night.
Other info:	Newton is chipped but with a Swiss chip that may not be readable by UK detectors.

We found him at about 600 FT of home. He is perfectly fine (no injuries etc).
