UPDATE - cat was chased away from W.Brown's house by her other cat, so she has now settled with us. However, she was a rescue when W.brown got her, so maybe worth leaving on in case her original owners are looking for her?

Betty originally lived a few streets away. She had been chased away from her home by another cat from the same home. She was a rescue cat there, and we couldn't let her go back to a rescue as she is a bit of a quirky cat and might not have got on with any new owners, especially those who aren't used to cats.
