Circumstances:	Returning back from walking our dogs on the beach at Climping we found the dog near Climping Beach Cafe. We tried to approach the dog to see if we could find some information on the dog's collar but the dog was nervous of us and moved away back stayed in roughly the same place. https://w3w.co/plots.seat.ears

Returned back to the same spot and looked around to see if the dog was still around but we couldn't find the dog
