Circumstances:	She was last seen in the home garden at 2pm at Leyton Bakers Arms lea bridge road on 01/09/2022 , she doesn't go out far and is an indoor cat cause I keep her indoor due to her health condition ,she only goes in the home garden to roam ,play and for toilet ,on Sunday 2pm she was in the garden when I last saw her then I had to go to the toilet once I finished I went to check her and she was no where ,I went to the communal park and all streets near by but she was no where.
Other info:	She is mainly white with black head and black tail with a white ring , she is super skinny due to health condition and currently on medication what she needs every day , her vision is poor due to her age and health condition , she's vocal and back legs are bit weak that's why she walks slowly like a cat walk ,her one eye weeps due to hyperactive tear glands.
