Circumstances:	He came in the garden and was very talkative and friendly. He tried to come inside the house, but he is very scruffy so we gave him a bath, fed him and have take him inside. He seems to be someone’s pet as he responds to commands such as ‘sit’. He does not seem to be neutered and might be around 1 years old. Please message me if you know the owners.
