Circumstances:	Yowling outside in the stormy weather. Healthy but extremely hungry.
Other info:	He has distinct mannerisms I could cross reference with his potential owner. Visually, he has a couple of light rings at the end of his tail, with a light orange tip. A subtle darker line in the middle of his nose. Amber eyes.

Hi you may have already seen this but there is lost cat KevinPR106087 who looks so much like the cat you have found. Hope he is the same one x
