LOST
Name: [Name Withheld]
Breed & Species: Domestic short-haired cat
Colour: Black and white
SimpleColour:
Went missing: 5 months ago
(10 December 2023 at around 12:00hrs)
Location: Stonegate Crescent, Meanwood, Leeds LS7 2TD, UK
Health: Healthy
Age: 10 years old
Sex: Neutered Male
Collar: No
Microchipped: Yes
Markings: His black fur is very sleek and shiny. His two front paws have white tips. Back paws also have white tips, but his rear left foot has more white and is also white underneath. He has a white garter ring around his right back leg, just above his heel.
Circumstances: Oleg and the Family had recently moved to a new house on on Stonegate Crescent, Meanwood, Leeds, LS7 2TD. He'd been outside a few times already after several weeks, but one day he just didn't return. We had moved from Carr Manor Parade, Moortown, LS17 5AF approx 6 weeks before he went missing.
Other info: He is a very handsome tuxedo cat, so has a black face and head but has a white chest and tummy. He looks a little bit like Batman wearing a tuxedo. He has a black nose with a white mouth and chin. He has had most of his teeth removed, so has no fangs but has a few small teeth towards the back of his mouth. As a result, his tongue tends to stick out a lot, and he 'derps'. He only has white 'eye whiskers' over his right eye, and none over his left eye, although he may have black eye whiskers too. He has black pads and toe-beans. He is very friendly and not aggressive at all. He likes to rub his forehead on yours and will often greet you with an inquisitive 'prrrrt' sound.

Our cat remained missing until 11/04/2024 when a dog walker found him lying on the road. He had been hit by a car. He was taken to the local Vet (Holly House) and scanned and we were notified that he had died shortly before being found. He was thinner (after 4 months missing) but was not starved, so he had probably been fed by someone. He may have been taken in and cared for, but had spent at least a little time living rough prior to his death. Very sad. Lovely fellow, sorely missed.
