Circumstances:	Has been visiting us for short periods on odd occasion but last night, and previous nigh twas crying loudly at my back door and distressed. Neighbours form across the road had him at theirs also, crying loudly. Because it was late, and the cat was freezing I took him in . Have checked with neighbours. No one seems to know anything about him,He is far too loving and friendly to be feral, but I have three cats of my own who arent very keen on his company! My mission is to reunite him with his owners whilst keeping him safe and warm in the horrid weather conditions
