Circumstances:	Luna left as normal for a quick run around on my balcony as we live on the top floor of terraced houses. She never returned, she may have fallen on a neighbours balcony further along who has kept her. There is no other way of her getting down.

Luna had jumped to the below balcony and was stuck and couldn't get back up again, my neighbour found her quite a way down from our home.
