Hi Joanne, thanks for the link- I don’t think it’s the same cat, it’s more of a stripe on the face than a splodge and there’s no blank line on the belly. He is also very anxious and weary of people :( thank you for checking though :)

Hello I have found a cat in Kensingtom that seems to match the picture, there is a stripe down his neck and he has two white front paws and two white socks on his back feet
