Circumstances:	This cat has been around for weeks, meowing loudly calling for something from safe hiding places. Today it came out despite an unfriendly response from my cats. It was submissive and hungry. Also seems to have slightly weak back legs.

I don't know but he's not been seen for months and there was a social media report of a similar cat being found deceased on the road.
