Markings:	Very vocal cat and meows alot
Circumstances:	Is in my backgarden and has not gone home all day long. The vet said no chip so took him back to the back garden. Still there this evening 19:30
Other info:	Very affectionate and meows alot . Looks young . Has a collar on which is red

The cat has gone from the garden so we hope it has gone home but we want to wait to make sure it doesn't return over the next few days before closing case.
