LOST CAT: Black with bit of white chest cat called Chip - Jedburgh area, Scottish Borders

Hello, there is a cat, black with white markings in that area that for the past week I have fed because it seemed starving to me, I am a cat owner and I know cats will try and get food off you, this cat was different, looked thin and very hungry, not sure if its male or female but was very timid and could match the description, its a long time since they posted their cat missing but who knows, it is possible, this cat seems lost, but again with cats who knows, I just don’t think its been getting regular food,
