LOST CAT: black cat called Oreo - Ipswich area, Suffolk

This cat is no longer lost, I found him and tried to return him to his owner twice only to have them bring and dump him off in my back garden which would have been impossible for him to find his own way back to mine, so to cut a very long & difficult story short as the owner obviously didn't want him I took him to the cat rescue centre where they said they will find him the home that he truly deserves..! I would also just like to make people aware that the same owner does have another cat and in the event that it is also reported as missing that should anyone have to deal with this paticularly owner I would advise them to proceed with caution as I can only describe my experience in trying to help reunite this lost cat with its owner as an absolute nightmare.!!
