Pls could you urgently find out the sex and the chip on this cat? My boy Percy is missing. Blue glitter collar that might have come off

The "owner" disappeared (The Guiness Partnership due to data protection could not confirm whether the "owner" was will still in their property or not but did confirm that the cat needed to be reported to the RSPCA as abandoned). After discussions with neighbours, agreed that I would attempt to adopt. Neighbours had previously been in contact with Cats Protection and RSPCA due to neglect by the owner. Historically, along with neighbours, I have fed this cat (now named Bianca by me) . Due to legal obligation on my behalf to attempt to find the owner within 7 days, due to a cat classed as "Property in Law", I posted on this website and the Pets at Home app regarding this cat as "Found" (I am not on any social media). I was informed that this post was also shared on Facebook for lost/found white cats. As 7 days have passed, I can now legally own Bianca.
