Circumstances:	Cat has been in my garden, meowing alot and goes to neighbour garden then comes back. It is desperate to make friends with my cat but he is stressing my cat out. So my cat stays indoors. This in return stresses the stray cat and he continues to meow. He hasn't left the garden , but if he does he just goes next door then comes back. He hasn't gone home.
