Went missing:	5 years ago (11 July 2018 at around 21:00hrs)
Location:	Station Road, Honley, Holmfirth HD9 6LL, UK
Health:	Healthy
Age:	11 years old (approx)
Sex:	Neutered Male
Collar:	No
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Has a slight lazy eye. Brown Mackerel tabby, mainly brown with white underparts
Circumstances:	Sparky went out as usual for the night, but did not return next morning.
Other info:	Washes himself all the time. White paws and chest. Small lump on side of his tongue.

Sparky found wandering around Matalan, Huddersfield and followed a boy home. They kindly took him to their vet in Marsh. The vet rang us as our cat was chipped and we collected him today.
