Circumstances:	This cat wanders the train tracks. He was so thin. I have fed him twice a day. He at one stage bit into my leg and I was badly affected. He is not Feral. Due to the fact he comes indoors. I already have a cat so I need this cat homing. I have approached the cpl and they were of no help. I'm moving in 2 to 3 weeks and I'm urgently needing him homed .
