Circumstances:	I havent 'found' this cat as i havent taken him/her in or fed the cat - but i have noticed him around recently all of a sudden and the cat is calling out very loudly in a low tone and seems to be in distress of some kind - the cat looks lost as it doesn't look unhealthy or underweight - if anything he/she looks a bit fat
Other info:	Seems a healthy weight if not overweight - also seems distressed and is calling out in a very low tone - has been around for a week or so now and seen him/her regularly in my garden and around the road outside - definitely new to the area or not used to coming outside.
