Circumstances:	She was ladt seen at around 9:30am and then we found her collar in the road around 1pm.
Other info:	Betty has green eyes, she has white fur around her mouth and chin and long white whiskas. She is long haired and very fluffy. She is quite shy and makes small squeaking sounds.
