Markings:	Black cat with white bib and muzzle.Has a black tip to it's nose and four white paws. The cat has an elasticated collar with a little bell and a diamante detail.
Circumstances:	The cat had been screaming in the road trying to attract passers by. I went out, came back, he was in my kitchen eating my cat's food having pushed passed my partner and into my house. He had been hanging around outside for most of the day before that time and we were concerned but thought he was just a local cat with a 'personality'. My worry is the amount of water he is drinking. Having had an old cat with kidney disease in the past, it is concerning. However, we need to know that he does have a home and all is well.
Other info:	This very thin and bony cat has been walking up and down Gwynne Rd in Harwich for some time screaming, not meowing to try to attract attention. He got into my house yesterday and hoovered up my cat's food and drunk a lot of water. I am sure someone must own him locally but I am worried because of his general appearance , behaviour and the fact that he drinks so much water which may be a sign of kidney disease.I want to make sure he is a loved pet who just goes walkabout.Please can someone help with any facts to ownership?
