Markings:	He is limping and needs medical help. He looks neglected and in pain
Circumstances:	he is injured, limping and shaking whilst walking. He has blood on his coat and does not look like he has eaten in days. Extremely skinny. Looks neglected. He needs medical help immediately. His back legs look crooked and he looks like he is suffering. We took him to the vet at 7pm. He is microchipped and we tried to phone the owners for 2 days straight but the numbers are switched off.
Other info:	Has a black tail, black on one of his ears and the side of his stomach. Looks about 5-8 years old. Quite young and small.
