Markings:	Some hair on the back looks fairer, almost bleached
Circumstances:	We came across it walking around the neighbourhood. We remembered seeing a lost cat poster somewhere nearby not long ago, but the photo was too blurry on the poster (you can tell it’s a black cat) The cat appears healthy but is very skinny and can feel the spine and rib cage when stroking. There’s a piece of paper wrapped around the cats neck with a phone number to call if the cat belongs to you. Happy to share privately.
