Really sorry your cat fell. They don’t usually go far from the immediate area. Are your microchip details up to date? You can report to Battersea here https://www.battersea.org.uk/pet-advice/lost-and-found-cat-advice might also be worth letting RSPCA Putney hospital know and Blue Cross Victoria as well as local vets. I hope you get her back soon. Posters are really useful too. Facebook London lost and found cats UK is a good place to post. Doglost also do cats now and they have a really good Facebook page Doglost West London but it’s worth adding to their website too it’s all free.

0208 962 8012 ref 801 Persian blue found in W12 listed on facebook. It states a male, but you never know. Worth a call. Good luck.
