Is it possible to take him to a vet for a scan? Most vets will loan you a cat carrier for a refundable deposit. Looks in good condition so you could release the cat with a paper collar asking owners to call you. Thank you.

This cat looks very similar to one we lost in West Drayton at the end of Jan. are you highly certain about the dates?
