Someone saw one of our posters and said they had seen our cat. This gave us renewed hope to continue looking and calling for Sweetie. We did this again last thing last night, calling across the estate from our upstairs window and tapping her food dish. She arrived home soon after. We are certain that she got lost after being chased or chasing off another cat. She does not go beyond our garden so she had no familiar sights or smells to track her way back. She is very tired, was hungry but other than being a little subdued, she seems well and glad to be home. We were advised to call both in the morning and the evening and this seemed to be the safest time to do this as it is quiet on the roads and the sound carries further without the background traffic noise. Good advice worth noting to all pet owners out there!
