Markings: Black with white beard and white front paws. Fluffy tail.
Circumstances: He and his bonded sister Emmy moved in the day before from a shelter. She is the far more confident one. Oscar *unlatched* a closed window that night and they both legged it. Emmy returned a few hours later. Oscar has not returned.
Other info: A very timid and shy boy from a shelter who ran away from his adoptive home on the second day. His little sister misses him.
