Circumstances:	We spotted him behind our house in a tree. We tried to coax him down with some seed but he got spooked and flew off. We continued to spot him around the street and he was getting harassed by other birds. I waited until he came down from a tree to the pavement to eat then caught him in a net.
Other info:	Found in Great Dunmow. Very relaxed and does have a breeders ring around his foot. Seem young and is in very good condition, cannot of been lost for long.
