Markings:	All four paws are white, nose and mouth, chest and belly all white, has a very loud meow
Circumstances:	Just went out as usual but never returned. We are used to him in and out every hour or so. This is very u like him.
Other info:	Small for his age, very slim

Charlie dragged himself home, he was dragging his back leg, took him straight to vets, who xrayed him and he has a fractured pelvis
