Circumstances:	We was busy going back and forth to the hospital over the past few days and on the morning before I left to collect my partner from hospital he was outside down the ally that runs along side our property as normal for that time of day. When we returned at around 5pm there was no sign of him.
Other info:	Went missing near Camden allotment off Forton road
