Circumstances:	Vinnie escaped our house earlier today. We believe something spooked him outside and he flew out of the room he was in and then managed to get outside.
Other info:	Vinnie is a Jenday Conure he has Green wings with some purple tips a bright yellow head and an orange body. He is a loud little parrot.
