Circumstances:	I’ve just moved into a block of flats so he’s not able to go out on his own accord, so I tried to take him for a walk so he didn’t feel trapped in the house and he just freaked out and snatched the lead out of my hand and ran off
Other info:	I tried to take him for a walk as I live in a block of flats, and he snatched the lead out my hand so he might still have a grey harness on
