Circumstances:	Landed on front bird pole feeder. It seems used to human contact but you can't touch it. I provided fruit and seed and it came back several times to feed. Arrived 4.25am this morning, calling loudly and has been on or around the feeder all morning.
Other info:	I think it's an indian ring neck parakeet
