Hello, spotted an unusual bird on our road in Basingstoke, from what we saw we think it is a yellow headed cockatiel. It seemed healthy and flew away when a large group of people walked nearby. Saw this missing bird notice and thought you might like to know

If you do get close enough he could be enticed with food and could be caught by throwing a towel or light jacket over him
