Circumstances:	Lots of people telling me there was two dogs dodging traffic and one was nearly hit. We couldn’t get hold of the black one and we didn’t want to chase it as they were near Oldham rd

The owner has been identified but under very sad circumstances. All the dogs and puppies at the property are being looked after and will be rehomed. R.I.P mummy of the fur babies ??
