Collar:	Green christmas collar with christmas tree pendant
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	he has a white underbelly and part oh his face is white and the top part is tabby
Circumstances:	He was let out into our garden after having something to eat with our other cat and he just hasn't returned.

He returned back through our garden. He was dirty and very skinny which I believe means be was stuck somewhere. But he is resting up now and recovering.
