Markings:	Very distinctive white legs with black spots.
Circumstances:	Wandering up and down the street and along the road. The builders opposite said they'd seen him come round over the last 3 days. He's missing his collar but clearly normally wears one from his fur marks.

He was chipped so the Dog Warden was able to reunite him with his owner.
