Circumstances: Stray cat seen in garden couple of times over the last couple days but really came to me when I was standing outside, he seems very lost and curious. Very friendly and loving. Definitely looking for it’s home somewhere.

Thank you for helping this cat. If you are able to take to a local vet they can scan for a microchip or maybe try Feline Friends rescue they are more Hackney way but may be able to help with a scanner. Some vets will loan a cat carrier for a refundable deposit. There is no charge for scanning for a chip. If cat was well I would suggest a paper collar asking owner to call you if there is an owner nearby. Thanks
