Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Small white patch on chest and belly
Circumstances:	Was let out at his usual time, usually returns after a couple of hours. Was wearing a green collar with a flashing orange light which possibly is off by now
Other info:	Slight white flecks through his fur on his rear. Very distinctive loud meow
