Circumstances:	We'd only had him one week. He's not local. He managed to slip out of the back door and over the garden fence.

Neo found living in allotments and visiting home of allotment holder for food and shelter. Owners contacted.

Neo was found in July and by mutual agreement with old owners is now living live with allotment holders (myself) .
