I saw this little cat in exactly the same location yesterday evening. It would be good to know if she lives locally as there is lots of housing nearby, just not the safest area for her to be right next to the busy road and railway line! Hopefully if she does have a home someone will confirm as such on here. I walk that way often so will see if she is there again.
