Dark blue cheek patches, speckled pale grey almost white wings, very pale blue eye ring, circle of yellow feathers around bum

He's a rescue and very nervous. He's quite small for a male budgie. He was spotted 0.6 miles away in Spondon on 17th April 2019 around 5pm. He was spotted again at Oakwood Cricket Club on 18th April 2019 around 6pm. Also spotted in Borrowash. Spotted in Spondon 24th.
