Circumstances:	No change in circumstances, he seemed his usual happy self however there is some loud building work at the seafront which can clearly be heard from our house which could've made him frightened.

Hi. I dont know if this is Milo but we met a cat at the Brunel Holiday Park in Dawlish Warren who looks like this chap. Very thirsty. Fairly thin. Looks like wearing a flea collar. Was still here about 20 minutes ago.
