Just a query. This cat is healthy. It's wearing a collar. Who decided that he was lost? This has been shared to Scruffys Angels on Facebook. We cover the Dagenham area

I just assumed he was lost he has been in the back garden since yesterday .i don’t have any experience with cats.I called a vet this morning and they suggested I should bring it in.But I was unsure on how to transport the cat.
