This cat has been scanned by Katie from scruffys angels and has had 3 paper collars on still had one on this morning. Am hoping that he can be rehomed as lovely cat

Phone call from lady who had been feeding him for awhile. Contacted me from number on paper collar. Very local so have agreed to keep an eye on him to
