Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	A few white hairs at top of nose
Circumstances:	He was here when I went out at 9.15am. But wasn't here when I returned at 5.45pm. He has access to a microchip activated cat flap.
Other info:	Tail bone bent at tip (not visible)

He is only to eat vet prescription food. Didn’t put in original report as it didn’t seem relevant initially.

Potentially shut in accidentally a couple of miles away and made his way home. Thin and a few scrapes but healthy.
