Circumstances:	Did not return when called. This is very unlike him. His brother returned without him.
Other info:	Small neutered male. Ginger and biscuit tabby.

I believe I may have come across a young ginger-and-white tabby cat that matches Flapjack’s description — very light ginger (“biscuit”) with white markings and light amber eyes, wearing a black collar.
